Terms of Service

Novier Studio is a web and app design and development studio based in India. You can reach us at hey@novier.in.

You may browse the site and share links to it. You must not:

• Copy, resell or republish its design, code, text or images without our written permission.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Use the contact form to send spam, malicious files or unlawful content.

We keep the content accurate, but it is general information, not an offer. Services, timelines and prices are confirmed only in a written proposal. We may change or remove content at any time.

A project starts only once a proposal and agreement are signed and the deposit is paid. How we run projects, including revisions, timelines, ownership and warranty, is set out in our Project Terms, and payments and refunds in our Payment & Refund Policy. Both form part of every engagement.

The site links to services we do not control, such as our booking page and social profiles. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Novier is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. For client projects, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, rankings or sales.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith by talking it through. If that fails, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top when we do. Projects already under a signed agreement continue under the terms agreed at the time.
